Caramel (continued)

My last post was about how to make caramel in the crock pot. It turned out great!

I forgot to add that you NEED to let you little can cool before you attempt to open it. Otherwise you will have burnt fingertips, like me! :)

So off I go to enjoy my night time snack of caramel and apple slices.  Enjoy.
